Unintensional vehiclar homicide/under pain medication

I drove a car without restrictions under the influence of pain medication.officers claim there was a modual in the air bag that claims i drove 52mph in a 35 mph zone.there was a witness that claimed i was trying to leave the accident site,i hit a lady while driving,in febuary.she died at the scean.investagators havent charged me yet but said between blood work,the modular in car,the speeding,not seeing her crossing the street tha they are intended to charging me with unintentional vehical homicide(while under the influence of perscribed pain medication).whats the best/worst case senario for me?
