How long does someone have to return a used car back to the car lot and get your $ back or are you stuck with the car. this is in Ohio

Most states have lemon laws for cars. If it's a lemon, you can get your money back easily with the help of an attorney. http://www.carlemon.com/lemon/OH_LemonGuide.html

If it's not a lemon, you might have to comb through the paperwork you signed to see what it says. hope that helps and good luck.

Most Lemon Laws only pertain to new Vehicals, but a few states lump used Cars into the lemon laws. In those states you hace from 3 to 30 days. Most likely you are stuck with the car, but I would Check with your local and State laws.
