Valve adjustment for nissan sentra 2001 1.8l

I would like the clearence and tourque numbers for adjusting valves on a 2001 nissan sentra 1.8l. It has 112k miles and needs a new valve cover gasket. It seems a good time to kill two birds with one stone. CLB....

The valves do not need to be set for your car, just replace the gasket and do not worry. The clearance was set at the factory. First the top of the valves are measured and the cams are measured in a separate machine. A clearance is set in the machine and then very very hard shims are placed under the lobes. The shims will never wear out. The weakest part of the engine is the timing chain and the chain guides. They will need to be replaced at 200K to 250K.
