Fuel Fill Problem
The fuel tank is slow to fill because of poor venting
Possible causes:
Kinked / plugged fuel lline
Defective fuel tank control valve
LDP- leak detection pump filter
Don't know if this helps... a buddy had a 1998 Sentra, same problem, turned out there is a carbon filter in the system which allows the tank to vent when filling... it was blocked/faulty... he had it replaced and it solved the problem..
Maybe worth asking a Dodge service writer if that could be your issue...
Good luck.
Try putting fuel in slow. It happen to me. After a tank or two. It worked right.
