This could be false advertising , but a hard issue to prove, could be a misprint in the add, lot of varibles here, $7,000 is a lot of money and they are not going to give that up with out a legal fight, i know i wouldn't, would you if the tables where turned, i can understand your point of buying a $29,900 car for $22,900 is a good deal in anyones book

Let them know you aren't prepared to pay that much and that if they are willing to sell it for 22,900 you'll buy it but not at any higher of a price.

Sometimes they will give in and sell it and sometimes they won't but there are plenty of other cars you could find for less.
