I hate this stuff. and you are a a victim! and the as/is warranty. should be out lawed. i would take this to court to see if i could get some thing out of it. if he said it was a good running truck. or any thing good about the truck . id let him say it in court. was there a 360 point inspection they said was done on the truck. or any thing to get them. id take it and shove it in their face. and tell them to fix it. they wouldnt get an easy time with me on there tail! so hope you get some thing done . and dont take this laying down. if i can help you in any way let me know. but as is sucks. but that the way it goes . thy have you there!

We purchased a pick-up yesterday got screwed now what?
We bought a used F-350 diesel pick-up. Signed the as/is warranty and took it home. Only to find out the engine is shot. The dealer won't refund or take back. Do we have any grounds to stand on.
We paid 10,000.00 and got the shaft...........unreal someone or somebody should be able to stand behind this.
