what an i do to stop my 2001 sunfire from running hot between 190 and 200 ?

What can i look at to stop my 2001 sunfire from running hot?

Thermostats are factory set to bring temperatures to 190 degrees minimum. This is normal.
Is your car physically overheating or are you just going by your gauge temp indicator ?

If you want your car to run cooler you can remove your Thermostat and not run one and it will run cooler , but most engins are built to run at 180-210
