Well if you bought the car as is , then theres not a thing you can do about it, wish i could say more, but theres no recourse, on this one, and you have to prove he knew that it was bad, like he states this on paper, and was trying to take you, just not just some one saying he knew it

What can a person do if they bought a car from a small used car dealer only to find out that he neglected to tell you that the transmission was bad
Shortly after buying my vehicle, the transmission started acting up. It didn't want to shift into reverse. I found out that the owner of the dealership knew about the transmission and concealed that info.
