What can be done about a dealer not telling me a car I bought was salvaged?

I bought a car from a dealer 6 weeks ago. 3 weeks after purchase the vehicle was in a fender bender. The mechanic noticed prior front end collision damage which he says may not hold up if it was in an accident. The dealer claims he told me the car was salvaged and we signed a waiver. When I asked for proof he showed me the warranty I signed where in very fine print says the car is salvaged. According to the dmv he is still liable to tell me the car is salvaged. I never knew this. If I did I would have walked right off the lot. When the car was purchased I was 8 months pregnant and had a 3 year old child with me. I feel the dealer has put my life and the lives of my children at major risk. Would I have a case?

Does the title have salvage on it, if it was a salvage , its got a salvage title , and they wont resale but about half, on this , id take the son a of gun to court over this , and take all paper work with me, and stick it to hi m, and tell him , i said to , lol it wont make a diff, but tell him any way, he is a low down no good bum to do a lady like this, i sell cars some times at my sons lot and we never ever do this, so lay it to him , the warranty , dont make it right, its the title

Currently I found out the dealer did put the title as repaired and not salvaged. The dealer is the one who fixed the vehicle and my mechanic says it will cost me $5,000 to repair the damage that the dealer so poorly repaired. This vehicle is not safe for anyone to drive. The warranty did say as is on it but I still feel as if I got stiffed by a dealer who cheated me and broke the law. How can I prove my word against his word? How can I win this?

I think if you just keep after him and not let up that you can get him to fix whats wrong with the trade, i just dont like this kind of busniess, and dont let up on him till he gives your money back
