What is a automobile power of attorney?

My car has been repoed and it is in my mother name. The bank stated that I would need to get a automobile power of attorney to pick the car up. What do I need to do?

If you are selling or buying a car, you may use the Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney form (910P) to appoint another person to apply for a Certificate of Title and/or endorse and transfer the title for your car. to make it legal , and some times they will do this , to get you not to try to get the car, back , to mcuh cost to you , and to get your mother or some one else to be in charge of it, in case you are under age of 18, and dont hve a lot of cridit
