What rights do I have

What can I do. My car was repo'ed in October 2007. I had about $900 dollars of personal belongings in the car. The repo company said they agreed with what I said was in the car but will not pay but $200.00 to replace it waht can I do

This is a pretty typical scenario. They probably can tell you that you had plenty of warning. Plus when they appraise the stuff that is in the car, they look at the fair market value which is normally lower than what you purchased it for because of depreciation. This is a cost that you usually have to eat when a care gets repossessed.
