What should I do to fix my Pathfinder?

I have a 1994 Nissan Pathfinder - as i was driving home steam was coming out from under the hood - and i noticed that my temp gauge was on "high". When i opened the hood of the car it looked like stem was coming from a couple of lines in what I think is my radiator. Does this mean I have a cracked radiator and what can i do?

Yes it dose sound like you have cracks in your radiator , however since your not sure what or where you radiator is, fill it back up with water / cooliant depending on the weather temp and take it to the shop or have someone that knows what they are doing check it for you , the radiator can be taken out of the pathfinder and taken to a radiator shop and possibly repaired or replaceed .
