What to do?

I came home and my truck was gone. I am two months behind and and have received a letter that I was behind. I mailed the two months payments two days ago. I never received a phone call and found out when I called 911 because I thought it had been stolen. Can my lender do this?

Yes he can , and he can keep your money even though , they may let you have the car or truck back , when they receive your payment , you need to call them and ask , if you can try to pay out the loan , they may do this because they have to keep the truck for awhile before they sale it, and do the paper work , its in a car lot close to you, and you shouldnt have any trouble getting it back!
