If you are positive your keys were stolen and not misplaced, contact a locksmith. Your local Yellow Pages will have the information. A locksmith will come to the location of the car and replace your key entry locks, ignition and trunk locks. If there were other keys taken with the car keys, like your house key, post office keys and so on, those locks must also be replaced for your safety. You can see this is a very expensive, although necessay, undertaking so please learn from my mistakes and refer to the first sentence of this post several times. Imagine my red face when I was vacuuming under the couch cushions and found my "stolen" keys ,a week after the locksmith took half of the children's college funds! Good luck!
Thanks for evrything i found them .some one did steal them but they left them outside.
That is good that you found them. it will save you alot of hassle.
What I do is I have an extra set of keys inside my house all the time. So if I ever needed that extra set, I have em. I also have an extra door key on my key ring too, just in the event I locked my keys in the car or something accidently.
CHANGE THE DOOR LOCKS AND THE IGNITION SWITCH AND YOU CAN BUY THEM AT ANY AUTO PART STORE OR DEALER.
