Where is the iac motor on my 1998 Toyota Sienna? Is it easy to get to?

The van starts real rough at cold start, but runs fine and starts fine the rest of the day. I changed the plugs, fuel filter, cleaned the map sensor and injectors. It acts like it is flooding when it is cold started. I would like to clean the iac, and check its condition. Would O2 sensor create this problem?
