.068 is .004 thousands of and inch larger than .064 ,in reference to : feeler guage / hole size or drill bit ,,, and wire is not measured this way , .068 / .064 is very small , i hope your ussing a drill press to drill this hole , because the slightest wiggle or wobble of you drill and you will take out more than .004 , we are talking the size of a hair here

Is there anything else i can check that may cause this.
I often wondered if it could be done by using 2 seperate packs switchable (1 drives while other charges) or 1 bigger pack both with linked multiple batterys. could either or both be charged up with high output...
We got the truck running , but now it wont start a again. i change the changed fussionable linktoo a line line fuss using a 30 amp fuse however wire with the in line fuse is bigger then the rearinal wire.
