Why does a car when you crank it click a couple times then crank

My battery has been tested twice and shows that their is nothing wrong with the battery. My battery cables have been cleaned twice from corrosion and after that it will crank for month and so and then all of sudden, out of no where it will not crank and the battery needs to be boost. It happen yesterday. It cranked without any problems and then boom, it is just making a clicking noise. I started it this morning and it clicked a couple times then crank. Sounds like the wire to your starter is losse and needs to be cleaned, try that, some times ive had this happen and just to clen them on the stater will make it get good contact,
