Why does my c12 engine shut down at 1600 rpm's?

At 1600 rpm's and mostly in high gears, my engine shuts down as if the fuel is being turned off then back on. Why is this?

The cpu shuts it down probly because of heat, and from blowing up. Its called fuel cut off.
