Why does my steering wheel vibrate when brakes applied at any stop?

Steering wheel is vibrating only when i apply my breaks at any stop after i release the breaks no vibration

The rotores are bad and need to be turned and smoothed. the rotores get worn . and they have places on them that will do this. and it feels like a small shaking. and they just need a little work where they are worn. in higher places . and low places. thats the deal!

Our wonderfull high quality steel. The rotors are warped from over heating ,cooling and age. U may be able to have them turned! BUT now its almost as cheap to just replace them and install new brakes pads when either step is done!
