Why is my chrysler hard starting and stalling

I have a 1990 chrysler LeBaron convertible. It was recently tuned up with new plugs, rotor, distributor cap, wires, I even replaced the fuel filter but nothig helped. It is hard to start and runs rough. It stalls when you make a stop. I will die when your going down the road (even at 50 to 70 mph) but if you pump the gas pedal most of the time it will start back up even in drive). There are no check engine codes qaand the light works. I am wondering if it is the electric fuel pump

Yes, the fuel filter is installed corectly, beside, it will go for days and do nothing other than stall at stops.
