Writing off mileage

I recieve a weekly check for useage of my truck from work, but can I still write of mileage on my taxes

You could but it would be illegal. If there is a difference between what they pay you and the federal rate, then you can deduct that amount. Also, you don't need to claim the reimbursement as income though.
