I have a 10-month-old who has an EXTREMLY sensative stomach and she'll throw up all night long if she for instance had 2oz of pear juice (something that doesn't agree with her stomach).
If your baby has a high fever, you should call the doctor right away as it could be an infection. If she has thrown up any blood, can't hold up her head, or doesn't have a wet diaper in 6 hours call the doctor as well :)
If it's a low grade fever (under 100 degrees) and it could be due to something she ate or teething, try to give her pedialite or water ever 10-15 minutes. The biggest thing they worry about is your lil one getting dehydrated, so keeping her up on fluids even if she throws some of them up that is ok.
Don't try to feed her anything until she hasn't thrown up for about 2 hours.
