It is very easy to be paranoid. We all do it. If your breast are not sore, be greatful. You have to remember that every woman's pregnancy is different. Some women don't get morning sickness and some get it at different times of the day and some will only get it after they eat. i was sick for a solid 3 months all day and night.

Your breast not hurting does not mean that there is a problem with your pregnancy, it just means that for this pregnancy you are being spared a little discomfort. The symptoms listed for pregnancy is just an average of what is normal. But everyone is different from the others.

You will feel better when you see your precious baby on the ultrasound.

My breasts were extremely sore in my first pregnancy and not sore at all in my second. I'm not sure what it is that makes this symptom different from pregnancy to pregnancy. I hope you get all the reassurance you need from your ultrasound. That first few months is a very scary time---hoping and praying nothing goes wrong. Good luck! On a positive note, morning sickness is a good sign (as much as it's a pain) because it means your hormone levels are where they're supposed to be!

Everyone experience different things during pregnancy. You should be greatful that your breasts are not hurting. But dont get used to it because they may later in your pregnancy.
