Is this what you are seeing? This is a slide show of common rashes in babies and toddlers. It sounds like baby eczema to me which can be very uncomfortable. You'll just have to avoid things that cause it to flair up and extreme heat and cold. Use all fragrance free soaps, lotions and laundry detergents (dreft).
