Can a father have his child dna test befor paying child support

If a woman take her for chil support can the father ask for the child to be tested be for he pay child support. because the child may not be his even if they are married. or will he have to pay for it.

Yes, an alleged father has a right to demand a DNA test if he contests or doubts that the child is actually his. The court will decide who pays for the test, but it is customary for the person requesting the test to pay for it. The cost for that type of a DNA test is not so expensive any more.

If you feel like the child is not yours, then request the test.

they will have to hold off child support payments until the test is done.
