Can i get pregnant after i had my tubes tied, clipped and burned

I am four weeks late, i am having all the symptoms of pregnancy, the same symptoms as when i was pregnant with my other children. I went to a clinic on last week and took a test and it was negative. Could i still be pregnant and its just not showing up in my urine.

I would doubt it however the body is telling you something and you should not ignore it you should go back to the dr. for a check up
