Can I get pregnant immediatly or should I wait?

I took about 5 home pregnancy tests, they all were positve. then i went to the doctor and they confirmed. I started bleeding so i went to the hospital, my hcg levels were 582 wich they said was low so they diagnosed me as threated miscarriage, they did an ultrasound but did not see anything, they thought because i was so early, so then about 2 weeks later( i was still bleeding)so i went to the doctor, i was supposed to be about 8 1/2 weeks. My doctor believes i may have had a blighted ovum, because there was nothing on the ultra sound @ the hospital.she also checked my hcg levels and they were 31. what do you think about all this?She said i did not need a D&C so does that mean i can try and get pregnant again now?

You can get pregnant... did they still not figure out what was going on? How frustrating!

It sounds to me like you should wait and let yourself heal , if you get pregnate to soon you run the risk of losing the child again
