Can my boyfriend get in trouble if he is 19 and im 17 and pregnant

He is 19 and im 17 i might be pregnant but when the baby comes i will be 18 so can he get in any trouble

Might depend on the state. For example in Texas it is legal for someone 17 to be involved with someone under 21. But for other states it might be different

I dont think you have anything to worry about you will be 18 when the baby would be born check your state laws

I live in Mississippi. Well when I was in high school my boyfriend was 18 and I was 16. My teacher turned him in to the campus police and he was charged on rape charges. But I told the courts that we been together for 3 yrs prior and he was out let off. But yes it is legal in Mississippi. But I don't know about other states.

The answer to this question depends on what state you live in. What age you are when the baby is born does not play into this. The concern is how old you were when you engaged in sexual acts. If you want to say what state you are living in, I will try to answer your question. Good luck!
