Do i have a case?
My son was born limp and cyantioc after being told i was not in labor for 3 weeks. I got some of his medical records . There was stuff in there that nobody ever told me or his father. What i want to know is if i have anything to build a case against the doctor that almost killed him or who it should be liable for this. I don't know if he is slow at this point or if he will grow to be slow or any problems. What do i do?
