Does a 17 year old male as the father of a child have any rights

Does a 17 year old male accused of being the father of a baby to a sixteen year old female have any right to proof of the pregnancy and then a possible miscarriage

You would have to check your laws for sure. But as long as she agreed to paternity, then yes. that cost about $400.

The 17-year old's parents can request a DNA test of the baby in order to prove whether he is or is not the father of the baby. Miscarriage has absolutely nothing to do with this.
