Not all warts are caused by hpv, and not all strains of hpv cause warts. You should consult a physician and get an accurate diagnosis first, and discuss any concerns you may have. Then follow the prescribed method of treatment. Be wary of online medical sites as they may or may not be written by a certified doctor. Also, you did not state if the warts are external, internal or both, this too has a bearing on whether or not you will have trouble with conception, but this is rare. I would be more concerned about hpv causing severe dysplasia, and possible cancer if left untreated. Also, it wouldn't hurt to get a complete physical and tests for all STD's prior to conception.
