Does my son have to pay child support?

My son had a child with this woman, he was paying child support, he asked her for a blood test to make sure that the child is his, but she refused. does he still have to pay child support? or what can he do to have her get the blood test? she is in North Carolina

He can file with the court which can compell a blood test and if it is refused, he might be able to file a motion to stop child support. It works the same way in reverse. If she wanted child support and he refused to pay stating the child wasn't his, the court could compel a paternity test. Good luck.
