Enlarged abdomen and stomach of fetus

I went for my 19/20 week appointment yesterday and they found that my baby has a slightly enlarged abdomen and stomach. Everything else came out normal. They said there is a possibility that I may have gestational diabetes, but they did not test me. I have had the test to rule out downs syndrome and trisomy 21 (I believe that is the name), but I am still a worrying mess right now. They told me to come back in 4 weeks for another ultrasound, but it will be difficult to wait that long without any answers. Can someone please help me with any answers about what is possibly going on? What does the enlarged abdomen and stomach mean? What can I do to help this?

I am a mother of 5 I have been diagnosed with gestational for 2 of my pregnancies first thing calm down and relax that is the best thing you can do for yourself and your baby now when an ultrasound measures the stomach circumfrence of a baby thats larger than normal it mostly means you have a big baby on the way as GD will make your baby chunky they should give you a sugar test about 24-26 weeks to see enjoy your pregnancy and have a healthy baby also if you are diagnosed with GD dont worry as soon as you deliver yours and baby should have no signs
