Extra time worked, to be paid later

I'll be on maternity leave, which my company does not pay for due to the 50 less employee policy, can I get paid for the extra hours put in now that I don't get paid for due to "no overtime" and get paid for them when I'm on leave?

That is an interesting question. They don't have to do anything legally other than allow you to have unpaid maternity leave and let you come back to an equal job that you had when you left. BUT many employers will try to help you out. If you talk to your boss maybe you can work something out.

Good luck.
