Do you know what she likes to eat? Toddlers like to eat small amounts when they are hungry. Is she hungry when you are feeding her. Could you interest her in feeding herself with all the finger foods. She may not want you to spoon feed her, she may want to practice feeding herself.

There are some great finger foods out there or you could just cut up for her. Also you could distract her by having her have a favorite thing to hold in each hand while you feed her. But my guess is she wants to feed herself

I agree with jane. My one year old does that too, but I figured out he doesn't like to sit in his high chair to eat (along with wanting to feed himself). He is too busy playing to stop for a meal. I make his meal - let him know its there and offer him a bite every few minutes. He now comes to me when he wants a bite or drink and then he's off again. Or I will drop his high chair to it's lowest setting and put the food on the tray - He can come and go as he pleases that way. It takes about an hour (or more) to eat, but at least he eats.
Also consider teething. When my son is cutting a tooth he doesn't like to eat. It makes his mouth hurt and I try to stick with applesauce, yogurt, and soft foods.
I should mention though that you know your baby better than anyone. If he/she is acting like it hurts to eat or like her tummy hurts contact the doctor.

Because your daughter is getting to the age in which she is able to make choices it is now time to Let her do so. Put some of her favorite food in front of her (finger foods) let her choose what she wants to eat. Maybe she really isn't hungry at the time that you are trying to feed her. Try this at different times of the day.
