If you had group B with the first one they may not even test you this time because they know that you have been a carrier, so they will probably go ahead and put you on the penecillian as a preventative measure. Since it works so well, and the outcomes without treatment can be so harmful, I'm sure they will give you antibiotics just to be safe. You will want to talk with your OB about this as well.
