The preferred method IS to have the tubal reversed by surgery. By preferred I mean that this is what your doctor is going to try first, unless there's some reason you can't have surgery. I imagine they could extract his sperm and your egg and implant it in your uterus, but you've got a much higher likelihood of ectopic pregnancy having your tubes tied. Again, this is not what the doctor will try first and you'll definitely have to tell your husband to go this route! Good luck, hopefully you can find some way that works...
Hey how are U. I want to try and help you with your question. I'm not sure about you getting by with not telling your husband especially this early into your marriage. But girl that is totally up to you. Going the the answer for your question. I do know of people after 10 years that have had tubes tied have gotten pregnant, But remeber most likely after your have had your tubes tied for some time it is very very possible and I would also think that if your where tohave tubes tied and very early after this I think that is possible to get pregant
You can only get pregnant by (1) have your tubes untied and the ends joined and made patent. This procedure is not guaranteed to work and may lead to ectopic pregnancies. If the reason that you had your tubes tied in the first place was because of prior infections, this would not be a good solution for you. (2) have your eggs removed (a surgical procedure) and fertilized in vitro with your husband's sperm, and then implanted in your uterus. This procedure requires hormone treatments, and they usually implant more than one egg to improve success rates, so you might have twins or more. I don't see how you can do either procedure without a frank discussion with your husband. After this discussion, perhaps he would be happy to adopt or do without.
If i was you i would first set down with your husband in have a talk if he loves you then he would understand in you both could set down withyour doctor in find a way like un doing it in as i can tell you your tubes can come undone there self because my cousin had her tie in withen a few months she was knock up the doctor told her it can come on tie
