Most doctors will recommend waiting at least a month (I've always heard and been told 3 months is best), but you can get pregnant right away. I think most of the time it's recommended that you wait for your own emotional health, but if your doctor hasn't told you specifically to wait for any amount of time before trying again, then go for it.
