I don't believe having a baby changes your legal status if you are under 18
No you are still a minor. The only thing that changes you from a minor to an adult is turning 18. However you are responsible for your baby's well being and care.
You are an emancipated minor. That allows you to make some decisions for yourself, but you still can't vote or drink. You can collect some aid from the government for yourself and your baby.
