There is a chance of pregnancy after a having your tubes tied. You could have a tubal pregnancy. They are very rare, but they happen. They are also very dangerous so get to your doctor asap.
It sounds more like endometriosis though. It is a treatable disease. They typically control it with hormone pills (birth control pills ironically). Your OB/GYN can diagnose it in a simple office visit.

You could be pregnant even if your tubes were tied and cut. your surgen might not have done a good job. a friend of mine had her 6 th child that way. I would go to the gynocologist soon. have a blood test, Some pregnancys don't show up on a home test.
