You may have what is called a blighted ovum, this is where the egg fertilized and then stopped developing. You may also have had false positives if they were both urine tests (you didn't say if they drew blood or not). Also, you may have been too early to have shown up on sonogram (if that is what you meant by they didn't see anything) or you may have an ectopic pregnancy. You need to call your doctor and have a blood test done to see if your levels are going up like they should and possibly get a sonogram.Good luck and keep me posted ok? Susu

I'm not feeling well lately can anyone help?
I'm 23 and i take a home pregnancy test and it came out possitive..I went to the doc and take another and it also possitive.3 weeks later i went for a check up but they didn't see anything,i feeling major stomach cramps and my breast are also tender.and sometime sick. any answer
