If you are pregnant, you have the right to make any and all decisions at 17 regarding your health and that of your baby. If you are seeking to move in with him, you have to go the legal route of being emancipated because you are still a minor. Which means you must prove that you understand the ramifications of what you are doing, that you have a plan to support yourself, that you have a good place to live and that you realize what will and can happen without your parents control and protection. You cannot get married without parental consent until you are 18. Good luck and best wishes.
I think you need to wait until you are 18. how long till your 18th bday? are you going to give birth when you are 17 or 18?
