I would suggest seeing a fertility clinic. If they are not able to help then you may want to consider how many unwanted babies/children are eligible for adoption. If you aren't interested in adoption there are surrogate mothers out there and egg donors. Depending on why you can't get pregnant your options change and what options you are really willing to consider.

I have family member who have used fertility with great, great out comes! Yor insurance may pay for it. I would check into that. Some insurance providers pay for you to get fertility treatments up to three times!

Also, there's adoption. I am the founder of a non-profit organization dedicated mostly to special needs adoption, but we will do non-special needs also. You can contact me at terrific.kids_taylor@yahoo.com

Before you do anything, make your partner get a sperm count and viability test. Many women spend time and money trying to find out what is wrong with themselves only to discover later their partner could not "fertilize the egg." The sperm count test will cost a lot less than any test you are likely to undergo, so get that done first. If the sperm test is normal, you should seek advice from your medical doctor first. A physical exam with blood tests would be in order. After that, if everything turns out OK, there are various methods like temperature charting and timing that can increase your probability of impregnation. Now comes the hardest part (no pun intended); you have to avoid stressing out over the fact that things aren't happening as rapidly as you'd like. High levels of anxiety or stress can decrease your chances of becoming pregnant..

I've heard that accupuncture therapy can acheive good results. Might be something worth looking into.
