Implanon for 20 months now spotting ~.^

I had my implanon inserted around 20 months ago and have not had AF since.

The other day I went to the toilet and when I wiped (front) there was like a brownish and ever so slightly pink color on the paper like the very last hours of a normal AF visit and also lasted as long as the last few hours. I also have cramping even now a week after the incident.

I have been sexually active for a couple of weeks before and up to that day.

I also have POCS with one of my cysts measuring almost 8mm long at my last U/S about a month or so ago.
