This is a REALLY common complaint of dad's of breastfeed babies! She isn't old enough to understand that you are her dad unless you spend some time bonding with her as well. Plus if she cries and you tense up, she can sense that. One GREAT solution is to take an infant massage class. My husband took a class and that was HIS time with her. Every night and after baths, it was his job to get her calmed down, take her into her room, massage her with lotion and put jammies on her. You have to let this be something only you do.
Skinner was a famous psychologist that studied monkies and bonding in the 70's I believe. His findings were that babies if given a choice between a faux "mom" that is a cold metal model of a monkey that has food and a stuffed, warm cuddly "mom" that provided no food, they would starve themselves to be with the warm cuddly mom.
What this taught us about infants is that they look for comfort MORE than they look for food. If you can provide a warm and cuddly touch, even without food you should have a great time bonding with your baby. Good luck!
