She's too young to decide she "doesn't like you". This happens to most fathers. Remember she was in mommy for 9 months, and now mommy is the #1 source of food. It will get better as she gets older. I would suggest having mom pump a few bottles so that you can help feed the baby. She is old enough to accept a bottle and still nurse okay. You should also give her baths - A good way for daddy's to bond is to take baby in shower with you. They love the skin to skin contact. Babies are slippery when wet so put a baby towel around her back so you can hold on to her better.
Just remember not to take her crying personally. She will be clingy with mom, but with time she will be clingy to you and mom.

Don't take this personally, babies develop a special bond with their mothers when nursing. You can also develop a bond with her by getting in a routine with her. When she finishes nursing, hold her, burp, talk , play, sing. and try doing all these when she is in a good mood. Rock her to sleep. When she cries don't give her back to her mother, try to sooth her yourself. Let her get to know your voice. It will become soothing to her when she recognizes it . Remember she has been in the womb listing to her mother and recognizes her voice and even heartbeat. Usually when babies are 3 weeks old they will cry for 3 hours in the evening this will last till they are 3 months old. This is their way of relieving stress. Most parents think something is wrong with the child. So maybe this is what she is experiencing. If it is she should be getting ready to come out of this phase. Is the only time you get to hold her a play with her in the evening? If so she maybe stressed from all the day activity. Little girls have a way of becoming their daddy's little girl and are usually closer to their dad than their mom when the get older.

Have your wife pump her milk and let you feed her part time.

Yea. This is a pretty common issue, just keep in mind that pretty much all little girls with loving fathers who care about them...are really daddys girls at heart...always will be. She just a little baby, and without a doubt the most precious thing to you. I like unsures suggestion of having her mom pump the milk and letting you feed her sometimes. Also, babies love to hear there parents voice...talking to them will put a smile on their faces :-) So, even though she's young, talk to her like you would anyone else....have long conversations with her about random things. Remember, that she's used to hearing her moms voice, because after all she lived inside of her for so long. But, once she gets to where she knows your voice better...she will want to be you just as much! Just give her some time...it wont be long.

Looks like you've received some great explanations and suggestions here. It might also help your baby to become more comfortable with you if you sit with mom every once in a while while she's feeding the baby. Put your arm around mom and alternate with her talking to the baby during the feeding session. That way the baby can associate your voice as well as mom's voice with her feeding. It would be good for mom's morale too..
