Hi,

I dont know how long your daughter has had a fever now that it has returned but my suggestion to you would be the following. Alternate Tylenol and Motrin for fevers and this can help with the fever if the fever does not lower and keeps getting higher please do not wait until the Dr's appt because usually when fevers do not go down this means there can be an infection or other symptoms that are causing the fever. Fever's are usually signs that something is wrong not necessarily does this mean that there is a problem but usually when you are giving medication to your child and the fever is not getting any lower then take her to the E.R if after hours or Primary care doctor if within hours.
'Hopefully this was helpful.
