There are two spots, the larger one to the left in the photo is where the test is detecting the hormone that shows up when you are pregnant. If it is a + then congrats (you can get a false negative, but you never get a false positive).
The second box shows up just to say that the test is working. Sometimes if you have had the test laying around for a long time, then checmicals that make your unrine change the display may not work correctly, so that last box if the line shows up, it's just saying that the test is still working ok.
