Paternity law

I'm a unmarried soon to be mom in pennsylvania who doesnt want the father involved. Do i have to grant him a paternity test if he asks me for one.

He can get a court mandated paternity test and then you will have to take it. Even if you don't want to have him involved, if he is the biological father and has rights to see the baby. Good luck.
