As women, we get fertile on certain times of the month, and if we don't take advantage of that... we won't get pregnant for another 28 days or so. Try using a ovulation predictor, if you want. Also, if you smoke, of course that habit needs to be broken. If your overweight or underweight it will make it harder for you to concieve. Same if your significant other is over or underweight. Start taking pre-natal vitams, and other vitamins such as fish oil capsules. Don't use any lubricants or sprays. Like mma_mom suggested, have your guy go for the boxers if he's into tightys.

If your efforts don't help, and your still no pregnant in about a years time.. you will need to see a fertility doctor. Expecially if your 30 or over.
